Love the design. I have tried the traditional wheel and peg roller but those hurt my shoulders and weak wrists, lol. This one helps support my wrists and shoulders while I work on my abs. Very simple assembly and functions as expected. Very smooth roll though it is assisted roll, it doesn't help too much, you are still using your core to retract to starting position which is crucial. I peeled the center sticker off mine, I don't like diagram stickers, 😆 I know how to use this. Would recommend if you need to focus on abs!
