They definitely help when I’m standing in the clinic all day. The size foot-wise is a little small, but they stretch out if you do that before you put them on. The compression from them aren’t super tight either;)

I used it after an 8-10 hr shift, it helped reduce swelling and pain on my feet. I also used during a 5 hour flight, and my legs feel light, no pain on my feet because I have plantar fasciitis. It gives the right amount of compression even after wearing it for the whole day. Highly recommended to buy and a must-have.
