I ordered the 24 link and received my hoop on Saturday! Today was my first day using my hoop and I totally agree that it is a full body work. I started out with 21 links! Let’s see if I can lose a link on 30 days!

I absolutely love this product. It is well designed and fun to use. Yes fun! It is not quiet, but the noise doesn’t bother me. At first I struggled to keep it going; however, with determination, I found the correct rhythm for me. Now I can exercise 30 minutes easily(after almost 2 months. I am very picky and I like quality products. I ordered a product similar to this one from another vendor and I was not pleased with it. I highly recommend this one. Work amazing ! Just 30 mins a day seems like a lot but it's really a breeze, the challenge is finding the time, and space to do it! My kids love it ! It really is a great product for the price!!! Well worth it!!!

I’m amazed at how well it works! I ended up burning the same amount of calories in 30 mins as i do jogging for the same amount of time. The trick is to connect the links so that it is loose on your waist but also where it sits nicely on your hips so it doesn’t fall down. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but once you do, it’s fun and easy. It is super loud though, so I returned it and got a $30 one that is silent. If the sound doesn’t bother you, I’d get it for sure!

I have one of the first weighted hoola hoops and to me that one is dangerous. This one is so much better. The way you have to squeeze and click the piece together is awesome. When using it I don't worry the ball is going to fly off and hit something. I totally recommend this product and it came fast too.

This product definitely superceded my expectations. Although i have used it once so far, I know it'll accomplish what it was made for. I am still learning how to use my momentum to swing the weight, I'll figure it out soon and then its game over.

I love the adjustability. i didn’t know how to attach the weight ball to the hoop, so i was really confused. it came with instructions paper, just look at it to help you. it doesn’t weight a lot but it still feels like it’s there. loved it, would defo recommend to others.

I just received yesterday..Once I was able to manage the ball rolling around the waist, was easy.. I've done 10 minutes increments.. today I was able to remove one block...☺️ Great workout!! It's not as easy as you would think.. I be sweating!

I have been trying to use this every night while I study or watch movies for at least 30 minutes (although, so you know, the instruction manual that comes with it does recommend more time for better results). After the first few times it is very natural and I have definitely lost a band or two even though I am not always as consistent as I like as I skipped a month while traveling. Anyways, a few months in using it at full extension I am not always able to keep it completely horizontal which led to some wear on the wheels. None of them every popped off -- but there was certainly a lot of friction involved! I wrote in to the contact email with these pictures and a description of my problem and in less than a week I received not one but two extra parts. I plan on replacing it today and using the hoop at its shortest extension to make sure I can keep it more horizontal from now on. Overall though I have found this easy to work into my daily routine and I break a sweat every time. Highly recommend for something quick you can commit to every day.

Great way to stay active and in shape. It did take a little getting used to and I found it easier to mark the side that should face up so that the weight spins without getting stuck. Once I figured this out, I have been loving it ever since. It is a little noisy but not too bad. The amount is weight is perfect ( not too heavy) And it’s comfortable to wear. I purchased it during a prime day sale, so the price was well worth it. So far I haven’t had any issues with durability. Overall, I am very happy with it. I typically use it while watching tv at night time so that it’s easy to time it according to the show I’m watching.

Consistency is key. I use it almost everyday and was able to take a link off pretty quickly. Burns a lot of calories. Wish I would have found it sooner.

I was a little nervous about putting it together. So easy with excellent instructions. Did my first 30 minutes immediately. Comfortable fit. Could feel it work my core. Brought back the hula hoop days as a kid. The movement needed to make it work came right back and within two minutes I had it rotating. I could do the workout while watching TV. It's a little loud so others around you might be annoyed. So far so good. Will update my review if any issues arise.
