Got it delivered to my doorstep no extra charge plus they had very good communication which means i was able to track my order from when it got shipped out to when the rider was ready to deliver it. The product itself is just as advertised its comfortable and it does blackout. Its a little annoying that the strap slightly goes over the ear but its easy to get used to as its not unbearably uncomfortable additionally the velcro used does not latch on to my hair and it does not seem to be the sort that wears out quickly which is a plus . Overall this was a great experience and i have used the product now for about a week and the material and quality is high tier especially for the price. I would recommend it definitely.
