At first glance it shows that they are very soft and comfortable, I feel that the size is quite fair and even , wear it one day and the truth was quite comfortable with safety shoes, if I recommend it, for safety shoes I would recommend one size more to make it look better.

Ok additional padding for shoes. Relieved pain. Easy to cut to size. Not too thick for slender shoes.

Work shoes now a lot more comfortable and leaves me with more energy at the end of the day since I'm not sore. Size guide on the pad ran slightly larger on the shoes when I cut for my shoe size, so I had to cut more. But that was a non-issue.

Every time I buy new shoes, I get a pair of these to toss in. Feels like walking on air. Just make sure you cut them to size properly or they can slide around on you. Err on the side of keeping them too big. You can always whittle them down, but you can't make them bigger!
