This exercise peddler is lightweight and easy to move around the house. Set up is quick and it folds up well to store out of the way (please see the video I've included to show you how easy it is). I've had this exerciser for over 10 months and use it everyday for about 40 minutes a day (2 sessions of 20 minutes). I usually watch TV or listen to music while riding. It's nice to be able to get a little exercise anytime and anywhere in the house. I haven't had any issues with this exerciser and it remains sturdy. It hasn't developed any loud noises over time. The adjustment knob still works well and is easy to turn. The plastic pedals and foot straps have also held up fine. I did replace the mat it came with as the original one wore out. I just bought some shelf liner and cut it to the right size. I find the mat necessary as the peddler does seem to move around on my carpet. I've noticed that this peddler has helped to tone my legs and I am very pleased with this machine. I recommend this to anyone looking to get a little exercise without having to store a large piece of equipment!

I sit at my desk a lot for work and going through some things that make it hard for me to get the umph to workout. I tried the treadmill at my desk but I can barely type while walking at a slow speed, but this allows me to have it under my desk, work, and get a small bit of exercise in. A lot of people complained about having to raise their desks, I already had mine raised because I have my seat higher for knee problems so that wasn't an issue for me. But you would need to do that if you wanted it under the desk and not to the side. From my pictures you can see I have weights around it, it still slid every time and even the weights don't help but I can keep it braced with the weights.

I like that I can sit in comfortable chair to protect broken tailbone and back while exercising legs; sit at kitchen table to exercise arms! Oh yea!
